Granite Telecommunications has scheduled a core network maintenance event in our Los Angeles, CA data center for the Granite EPIK service. This proactive work is an essential part of our continued efforts to enhance network redundancy and service resiliency. As part of this scheduled maintenance, there will be a Service Affecting event, during which Granite EPIK devices connected in the Los Angeles data center will temporarily be placed into a maintenance mode. Dial tone services and the MyEPIK portal will be unavailable for an estimated time of under 30 minutes.
